Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
We can't guarantee it, but we're pretty good at what we do. We prefer to be judged by results, and not by colors and shapes (although we care a lot about that too). Yet, it is our desire that you are thrilled with our work and that we've provided a valuable tool to help you succeed.
Why should I pay for a service plan?
If you know how to manage a website, understand hosting, have extra time and don't need any help, then our Concierge Service plan is probably not a big deal. However, if you prefer peace of mind, saving time, and having a team in your corner to support you, then why not? The value speaks for itself, but if you still want to host it yourself and occasionally ask for our help, we have an hourly rate for that.
How much can we change after the launch?
We’ll spend quite a bit of time at every stage to make sure we do things correctly before moving on. So by the time we launch, we're confident in the outcome. Your monthly service plan allows for edits to existing elements on the website, but adding new content will likely require additional fees. We'll always let you know if there is a cost for anything.
Of course. Anything that you pay for is yours, but our Concierge Service plans include hosting, management and service to make your life easier.
Do I get to edit the site?
Our plans are designed to take the hassle out of website management so you can focus on your what you do best and leave the website to us. You may have limited access to the site for maintaining certain aspects, but we are accountable for the overall quality and effectiveness of the site.
Does my subscription include a retainer?
Plans are not quantified by an hourly rate or agreement, but they also don’t allow for unlimited interactions and requests. The plan simply creates a standing agreement and relationship with us so that you have someone in your corner. For parts of your site that require constant management — such as blogs, media, resources, events or products — we can offer training or a special hourly rate for management.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Payments are scheduled to automatically withdraw on the same date every month once your subscription begins. But if your method of payment doesn't work for some reason, we'll notify you and offer a grace period of a couple weeks before we temporarily block access to your website. If you decide to discontinue your service plan for any reason, just let us know and we'll transfer your site's hosting to you.
How do you handle special requirements?
We handle special requirements on a case-by-case basis, and additional charges may apply. All work will be proposed and scoped accordingly prior to any work being done.
